The house is great and a very easy 5 minute drive to the Deer Valley East Village gondola. We saw a shuttle circling the neighborhood but we didn’t use it. The house has three nice bedrooms upstairs, a primary one on the main floor. Another king bedroom on the ground floor (basement) and also on the ground floor as part of the game room/living room space there is a twin top bunk/full bottom bunk. There is also a living room off the kitchen on the main floor. The grill worked well as did the hot tub. If you rent, bring toiletries with you as the tiny bar of soap and other limited shampoo etc won’t last if you are there for more than a day or so. Otherwise a fabulous stay!!

Lovely Spacious Townhome

This was a large, beautiful property complete with upscale furnishing and decor to make you feel at home. It is located in a quiet area overlooking Jordanelle Resevoir. We stayed with our children and five young grandchildren, 12 people in total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The management group was easy to work with and responsive to the needs we had during our stay.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous property. We had 8 adults, 3 children & 2 babies. Family-Friendly Luxury with Lake Views

We stayed at Deer Valley East | Bella Vista | 10077 N Meer from Thursday, July 24 to Sunday, July 27, 2025 for a reunion with 4 couples and a few kids, and it couldn’t have been better. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy. It was clean, modern, and felt brand new. The location was perfect, just minutes from the lake, and the quiet neighborhood was gorgeous and scenic, ideal for walks. Being on the corner, the home offered beautiful lake views, which made our stay even more peaceful. Highly recommend for group getaways or family reunions!

Fantastic place and views!

We had a group of 14 that stayed here and this place fit us easily. It is new, beautiful, spacious townhome with breathtaking views of Jordanelle reservoir. It is a perfect location for any time of year with the reservoir for summer activities and the Park City slopes nearby for winter activities. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Guys Ski Trip

We came out with a group of 6 guys for our annual ski trip. The house was awesome with 5 king beds. Everything is brand new and built with luxury in mind. So much room for everyone. Only 5 minutes to Deer Valley lift. We used uber to go to nice dinners in Park City. Would certainly book again.

Awesome New House

This house is great. New home with 5 large bedrooms all with King beds. Great room in teh basement and a hot tub with electric roof cover. The entire experience was great. iTrip does an awesome job. Not a single complaint. If you want a house near multiple ski areas that is large and well appointed, this is it.

Our family went to Heber to ride the North Pole Express with our grandkids & had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Everything was just as it was listed. We had plenty room & everything was perfect & clean. We will definitely stay here again.
