This place was perfect for my family of four, including two teenagers. The description and pictures were spot on and the condo was new and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the garage and elevator doors weren't functioning, but didn't impact our stay too much. The community hot tub was right across the street and we were pleased that the hot tub was outside instead of an indoors. They had basketball, pickleball courts (which were all in use since it was so warm for our ski trip!) and and indoor game room as well (pool, ping pong, etc.). It was two minutes from the Deer Valley East Village free parking with a shuttle to the gondola for skiing. Even though there wasn't much snow, we were able to ski all the way down at the end of the day. On our last day, we hiked around the Jordanelle Reservoir which was beautiful with great hiking trails. We would have loved to try mountain biking or fishing it if we had more time! We also took advantage of the free ski rental instead of lugging my son's skis and the process was easy and fast! Tip - if you get a drink/apps at the hotel that the ski rental place is located in, they will comp the garage parking (50/day!) We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect - basically new, stylish and comfortable, and had all the appliances and utensils we could want. The amenities were great - we used the community hot tub each evening. The information that I received with codes and such was perfect. We really had all of the information that we could need. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, spacious condo! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and the condo was spotless! It was well stocked with all the cooking tools/pans to make meals and even had salt, pepper and oil which was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was immaculate and beautifully designed! All of the furniture including the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the easy access especially with two elderly guests. The handicap parking spot was right next to the elevator and everything about the unit was easy to access for them! We have been doing Park City area summer weekends for several years, and this is by far our favorite rental!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our recent stay. Right between the water and the mountains, the scenery was beautiful, and the condo was perfect for our family. Easy in and out with the info that was sent ahead of time, and a few text messages throughout the week to make sure things were going well. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

MTB and wake-surfing weekend

We stayed here over the summer to enjoy some wake-surfing on the Jordanelle Reservoir and mountain biking in Deer Valley. The condo was in a perfect location for both of these activities. It was right next to the marina and a 15 minute drive to Deer Valley. The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for making any home cooked meal (there is a crockpot). We had access to the garage where we kept our vehicle and bicycles. The WiFi worked and there were TV's in every room. We would definitely stay here again.

Affordable and luxurious

This place was really, really lovely - we’ve stayed in our share of rentals and this one could top them all in terms of being exactly what we needed. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and quiet (aside from some construction outside, which I assume is temporary). The bedrooms were big and the linens were comfy, the bathrooms were beautiful and had big fluffy towels and some toiletries, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked and clean. It all looked brand new! I honestly can’t say enough good about it - we will definitely be back!
