Healdsburg Modern Wine Country Home is a 3BR/3.5BA two story luxury, smart home 3.5 miles from the Healdsburg Downtown square. This property is beautifully located less than ten minutes to Healdsburg and to Windsor where shopping, wine tasting, concerts and a multitude of year-round events are offered to visitors and locals alike. The features of this home and property are many, including smart devices, gourmet kitchen, luxurious living room with gas fireplace and oversized TV and comfy chairs and sofa. Outdoors are inground pool (heated May 1- October 31, extra charge outside these dates dependent upon season $300-500 start up and $100-150/day), hot tub, outdoor kitchen with lots of seating and tables, gardens, outdoor shower, views, and much more.

Walk in to a light-filled interior with open spaces. A roomy living area offers comfortable sofas and chairs surrounding a stone fireplace, and wall-mounted smart TV. An L-shaped desk is built in for a convenient work station, great for a zoom or video call. An open gourmet kitchen includes marble countertops, wooden cabinets, island with six-burner Wolf cooktop, Wolf ovens (great for Thanksgiving and holiday cooking), refrigerator, wine cooler and dishwasher. Dining for 8 + island seating. A handy laundry room with washer/dryer combo is also on the ground floor, and access to the garage.

Upstairs three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms are located. All have their own TV and bathroom, and a bench or chair for dressing, putting on shoes, etc. The primary has a private balcony overlooking the backyard and vineyards, and the two guest rooms share a second balcony. All beds have like-new mattresses and luxury bedding and comforters,. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet if needed. Two oversized chairs fold out to sleep two additional guests in living room.

We had a comfortable stay during a family wedding in the area in this clean and spacious home, on a beautiful property! The outdoor space is great, and the home was clean, well furnished with plenty of linens and a generous starter pack of supplies. Definitely would stay again!

Wow! What a beautiful home. Everything was high end. From the salt water pool, spa, built in grill, gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Listening to the crickets at night and birds in the morning from the primary suite. You really can unwind at this place.

The property exceeded our expectations. It looked great online ,when we walked in we all we all said its even nicer.The house is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and has a fully stocked kitchen. Also a great pool and patio area.Easy to follow instructions are provided for all the house electronics and the pool/spa.Five minute walk from the house is a great family owned winery due Ruscelli, featuring Italian style wines.

Great Visit

My wife and I and our two adult children and their spouses had a terrific stay. We had hoped the property would live up to the photos, and it actually exceeded what we expected. The home was very spacious and extremely well equipped. It was perfect for the six of us. We used both the indoor kitchen, as well as the outdoor grill area. We loved the pool and hot tub, and used the firepit both in the mornings and evenings. The home is located within a short distance to Healdsburg and its charming downtown and restaurants, and we drove to several nearby wineries. There are a ton of choices. We would stay again if we were back in the area with a similar size group.

Awesome Stay

The house was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed. My husband and I took our 2 daughters and son in law. Everyone had their own bathroom connected to their bedroom. The kitchen was phenomenal — very large and the outdoor grill area was wonderful. The pool was heated and there was a hot tub, as well. It was nice to come home after a day of wine tasting and just hang out and relax at the house. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Sonoma Coast Wine Weekend!
