88 Strawberry Hill is a tastefully furnished holiday home set within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor. Just over a mile from Hayle, with its independent shops, fabulous restaurants, lido, cafés and stunning stretch of golden sandy surf beach, 88 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests.
With three bedrooms, downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, a newly fitted fully integrated kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining room and outdoor seating areas looking on to a leafy green, 88 Strawberry Hill is well suited to families or friends looking to enjoy West Cornwall. The property also benefits from internet access, making it a practical choice for guests who like to stay connected during their holiday.
The downstairs areas have been plastered and redecorated, with the downstairs bedroom now arranged as a double room with new flooring and décor. The lounge has also been refreshed with new settees, while the upstairs bathroom has new flooring and updated decoration.
Just a short drive away is the picturesque harbour town of St Ives, historic Penzance and the South West Coast Path, which runs from Hayle Estuary to Godrevy Lighthouse. The area is popular all year round with water sports enthusiasts, walkers and beach lovers alike.
Tolroy Manor offers onsite facilities such as an indoor pool, children's playground, shop and laundry.

Kitchen - Newly fitted fully integrated kitchen, well equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Lounge - With TV, new settees, an armchair and patio doors to the outdoor area.
Dining room - With table and bench seating for six.
Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom with bedside lamps, storage, new flooring and décor, plus patio doors to the rear of the property. Recently refurbished.
Bathroom - With shower, basin, vanity unit and WC.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 - With double bed, wardrobe and two chests of drawers. Two bedside tables and bedside lamps. Door which opens on to a balcony with a bistro table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 - With three single beds, two bedside tables and lamps, plus storage.
Bathroom - With corner bath plus hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC. New flooring and redecorated.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
