• Chef's kitchen with a dining table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 3 — enough seating for guests to eat together without anyone feeling like they're at the kids' table

• Upper-level dedicated workspace overlooking the lake — genuinely usable for remote work or simply as a quiet reading spot when you need a change of scenery

• Sleeps 8: a king in the primary and queen and double in the two basement bedrooms long with a sleeper sofa in the office and another in the lower living area

Guests planning to bring a boat should be aware that parking and maneuvering a boat trailer may be limited due to narrow roads, steep driveways, limited turnaround space, and parking restrictions. Trailer access and on-site trailer parking cannot be assumed.



We strongly recommend contacting us prior to arrival if you plan to bring a boat so we can help you determine the best launch, parking, and storage options for your specific property and vessel.

Boating is a popular summer activity, with two boat launches conveniently located on Hayden Lake. Guests can enjoy swimming directly from the private dock, as well as fishing, wakeboarding, and kayaking.
