The Space:

Located in a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, and home to several turtles all year around. This unit has no outdoor patio, ocean, or street view; the windows face other units' decks. There is AC in the apartment. The swimming pool and gym are just around the corner.



Our apt is clean, comfortable, and spacious. This prime location will allow you to feel the spirit of Aloha and marvel at the lush scenery around you. We love and respect our home and its surroundings and welcome guests who will do the same. Mahalo for your Kokua, and we look forward to hearing from you. NO OCEAN VIEW for this unit! Reserved parking for one vehicle in a reserved parking stall with more public parking on the street. No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties or Events allowed.



Guest Access:

As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away. If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!



Getting Around:

Guest private parking spaces are near the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.
