This is a thoughtfully updated home designed for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Hattiesburg. Guests love the cozy atmosphere, comfortable beds, quality amenities, and relaxing front porch and back deck areas.

The home is ideal for couples, families, small groups, and even guests traveling with pets thanks to the fenced backyard. Several guests have shared how peaceful the neighborhood feels despite being close to downtown activity.

You’ll be just minutes away from local dining, coffee shops, entertainment, and community events while still having a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day.

Please note that the home is located near an active train line. Many guests have described the passing train as nostalgic or even “music to their ears.” For light sleepers, it may simply be something worth knowing ahead of time (earplugs are never a bad idea!).

Welcome! This is Brett and Malarie, your SUPERHOSTS! We`re so glad you`re here!

Our main goal is to allow you to feel as though you are “Walking on Air” throughout your entire experience.

Our journey began at a real estate seminar in Biloxi, MS where we first locked eyes, in October 2019. We connected thereafter, then engaged February 2022 and now happily married and partners in business. In April 2022, we discovered our way to bring value to others through Short Term Rentals and now Long Term Rentals as well.

Hosting has become more than just a business for us which provides for our family. We are here to serve you. We take pride in the ways we carefully and consistently bring value to those we host and do business with--it`s how we sleep so good at night :) !

Thoughtfully creating spaces where guests can relax, feel safe, and make meaningful memories. Knowing that people can gather, celebrate, and unwind in a place we`ve prepared with care is what makes this journey so rewarding.

Buschman Station House Rules & Regulations:

-Must be 25 years of age or older to book

-No more than 5 guests are allowed without consent from the host.

-We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.

-We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood…

-Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay - Downtown Hattiesburg Nightlife is just around the corner.

-Absolutely NO Smoking inside of any kind. $500 fine. Please, go to the front or back porch or take a walk on the Longleaf Trace!

-Candles and burning of incense and outside fires are not permitted due to fire hazards (Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes ONLY)

-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or recommendations)–Much appreciated!

-Accidents happen; if something breaks, simply take a photo and share it with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in the guests’ favor.
