This nicely furnished two-story home is conveniently located just two lots away from the beach, offering a great vacation destination. The upper level features a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, alongside a master bedroom and bath with a spacious deck providing wonderful ocean views. On the lower level, there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room for added convenience. Guests will find it easy to access the beach from this location. It's important for all guests to remember to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products, as these are not provided. Southern Star is decorated and furnished to the owner's taste, and includes essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter. Additionally, there are reservation fees, partial stay fees, tax, and insurance that apply to bookings at this property.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
