The kitchen has tile flooring, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and ample countertops. The combination living area has resort furniture, tile flooring, an LCD TV and Blu-ray player, and deck access. A great furnished sundeck overlooks the island's best beach, pool, and hot tub. The family dog will love being taken for walks on the beach, just steps away!

At ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables. Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends.
