AMENITIES: Our Luxury Riverfront retreat is ready for you to make fun family memories with 2 master bedrooms with 10 foot bay windows overlooking the majestic Sevier River and 2 baths. Plus a Queen memory/gel foam hide-a-bed. Enjoy the luxury of your own river & fishing hole and relax in the private treed setting. We are blessed with unpolluted, clean air offering an astounding starry night sky filled with an array of stars that you have to see to believe. Cherry wood cabinets through out with imported Italian marble floors, marble and granite bathrooms with granite countertops. Luxurious top of the line king size mattresses that are so comfortable you will never forget them! Direct tv w/ movie channels and fiber optic internet to connect you to the outside world. If you have to bring your work along, there are two desks to use as a work area. Double island master chef kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 island bars, and a 60 inch gourmet cooking range for the most discriminating chef. Washer/dryer are included. ADVENTURES: River rafting and fishing right at your doorstep. This is one of the nicest properties in south central Utah, with access to over 1,000,000 acres of National Parks and State Parks public lands for atv trail riding and hiking trails. Wildlife that comes to the front and back door every evening that include deer, wild turkeys, pronghorn antelope, elk, bald eagles and the occasional pheasant. Hummingbirds are thick and plentiful and a joy to watch. Sat tv and high speed internet is included. Horseback riding thru Bryce Canyon National Park is amazing!!!! You will not want to leave the comforts of this luxury cabin, but if you must – We are located: 10 minutes from Red Canyon State Park, 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, 25 Minutes to Panquitch Lake, 45 Minutes to Zion National Park, 45 minutes to Coral Pink Sand Dunes, 25 minutes to Kodachrome Basin State Park, 1hour 45 minutes to the Grand Canyon, 1 hour 45 minutes to Lake Powell, and many recreational parks, attractions and historical towns within a 10-30 minute drive. Pets under 20 pounds allowed. ALL larger dogs must have prior approval. Limit is 1 pet, more than 1 pet needs prior approval. Each pet requires a Pet Fee.
