The nearby Devil’s Punch Bowl and Blackdown provide spectacular views and miles of National Trust–protected landscapes to explore, while Haslemere itself offers boutique shops, cosy pubs, and a welcoming village atmosphere. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, enjoy a trip to nearby Godalming (10 miles), or impressive Guildford with its cathedral and boutique shopping (15 miles). For a drop more culture, hop in the car and take a trip to Petworth House (12 miles), home to the National Trust’s largest collection of artwork.


Step into the entrance hallway with plenty of storage space for coats and shoes, and go through to the first of the two lounges, a cosy snug with sofas, an open fire and a Smart TV. A second lounge at the rear of the property is light and airy with magnificent views over the garden from one of the delightful window seats – the perfect spot for curling up with a good book and a cup of tea. Comfortable sofas surround another open fire, and there is a piano for gathering the family for an after-dinner singsong. The kitchen/breakfast room is the heart of the home and offers everything you may need for whipping up delicious family meals, with a relaxed breakfast area for grabbing a morning croissant and coffee. For those all-important celebratory family meals, there is a formal dining room at the rear of the property with a large table seating ten and offering impressive views across the garden. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom with a WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find two super-king-size bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms), an en-suite king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a family bathroom.
