Additional area attractions include the Cranberry Valley Golf Course, the historic Chatham Lighthouse, Nickerson State Park, and the Whydah Pirate Museum, all within 10 miles.

Back home, this classic, two-story dog-friendly retreat boasts bright open spaces brimming with stylish decor and nautical artwork. Stock up the fridge and whip up mealtime masterpieces in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. If you want to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu, a gas grill stands ready on the side deck right outside. The kitchen table offers a perfect spot for indoor dining, laptops, or rainy day board games.

After meals, gather in the living area where you can sink into the plush sectional and stream all your favorite TV channels. Enjoy free YTTV as an added perk (other streaming apps are available but require you to log in using your own accounts).

When it's time to call it a night, choose from four comfortable bedrooms, including a kid-friendly bunkroom with a crib and two main suites with plush beds.

Additional amenities include a convenient outdoor shower and a washer/dryer to let you pack light for your next trip to the Cape!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here for a week with my husband, 18 month old, and my parents. It was perfect! The crib and high chair were so handy to have, and our daughter loved running around the back yard and swinging on the play set. A quick car ride to lots of beaches, restaurants, and parks. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen tools for cooking simple meals at home, and the washer and dryer were nice and updated. Zero complaints and we can’t wait to stay again!

A wonderful home

We loved staying in this home, perfect for multi generational families. A great backyard, fire pit and play set for the kids. The house and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Close enough to all the must do things on Cape Cod. I would definitely stay here again!

Minimal kitchen essentials. No Salt, pepper, or any spice.

The property was nice, there was a lot of road noise since the house was next to a busy street. . The amount of paper towels and toilet tissue were minimal as well. We also noticed many black carpenter ants. I would have gladly started the washing machine but found no detergent.

Inside was clean and well equipped with appliances. Location was convenient to Harwich Port and Chatham. Only downside is that the house is right next to Route 28. Otherwise very nice.

Perfect for families

This place is absolutely perfect for families! The swing set was great and the kids room with a crib and blackout shades made it so much easier for naps and bedtime! Check in was a breeze and the house was spotless. Our favorite beach was actually the closest beach to the house - Red River Beach. Super soft sand and calm waters. Great for littles!

Perfect

Family visit with a 1& 3 year old. Our extended family live on the same street so we were familiar with the house, however, we were blown away by how beautifully the property was updated. Everything looked brand new and newly painted. Everything is pristine and clean in the house. There was lots of space for all of us to have meals together and visit. There were brand new games in the living room table. The fenced in yard with swings and slide were perfect for the children. Although we did not use it, there was a beautiful fire pit area. Everything you could possibly want or need seemed to be there. We had a wonderful visit with family building beautiful memories which will include the lovely house and people who provided the surprise amenities for us to enjoy.
