Both bedrooms have an entry to a large and beautiful bath room. The master bedroom has a large sliding door looking out over the the pond just steps away. The new beds are extremely comfortable and you will get a good night's sleep on them The garden club award nominated landscaping adds to the views of abundant wildlife and magnificent sunsets from your bedroom,, as well as the large picture window in the living room that gives you a wonderful view. The small but well equipped gally kitchen is both beautiful and efficient for vacation meals. The living room with tasteful Cape Cod nautical decor is comfortable And inviting. A 75inch home theatre with premium programming and theatre quality sound system, makes this a place you won't want to leave. For cool nights you have a gas burning fire place to keep you cozy. We provide luxury sheets towels in an immaculately clean environment. The flagstone patio has a gas grill for outdoor cooking. We provide board games for rany days, beach toys for kids or grandkids. We offer fishing rods. Cast to nto the pond a few feet away for a near trophy sized largemouth bass. We provide 4 kayaks, a canoe, and all the water toys for playing in the safe warm clear clean waters of Bucks and John Joseph's ponds . We have a level 2 J1772 power supply if you need to charge your electric vehicle for your convenience as wellThe apartment is the lower level of our home with private entrance and a private yard and patio. We are on a quiet street with parking. We have 2 Trek hybrid bikes to ride the spectacular Cape Cod rail trail nearby. Beaches, golf courses, and stop and shop groceries are all less than 5minutes from your door as are Harwichport and Chatham down town shopping areas. you will find everything in excellent condition,and ask that you leave it as you found it (within reason)
