Great property! Great amount of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Check-in was easy and we actually got a call to let us in early. The house really had everything we needed. Light switches were all labeled. Kitchen had pretty much everything. A/C worked great. It was a hot week.3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower -great for rinsing off after the beach . We enjoyed the Basement with pool table and large tv. We also enjoyed the fire pit. There was a Large deck to accommodate all of us for our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. There was a large table for us to enjoy meals together. An oversized garage stored our bikes and beach items. There were plenty of beach chairs.I had the downstairs bedroom and my bed was comfortable. I did not hear any complaints from the 2 other couples.I also did not experience hot water shortages for showers.The size and living space was perfect. I would highly recommend this property.

The location for this resort is terrific. The house itself is lovely and has all the items you need. Had one glitch with the AC but the company responded immediately.

Lovely getaway

We loved our time here. Beautiful setting, great location & lots of space. The beds were a little firm. Fully stocked kitchen utensils etc. Not very infant/child friendly as there was no pack n play and the stairs to the basement were not able to be blocked off. Limited extra linens like towels and blankets. There is a washer and dryer which was great. Our AC stopped working, so we had a couple hot nights and it was a bit difficult to contact the management group on VRBO (I imagine booking through them directly might be different). Once I called they did come out immediately and installed two window units for the upstairs bedrooms which made it nice for our final night. Lovely fun pool table, coloring books, & games! Firewood for the fire pit was out back (wonderful!) but could use some more outdoor seating around it. Overall we had a great stay! The company was responsive when we called. The directions were detailed on how to check in and out. They even sent us reminders on when to check out by. Thanks for a nice stay
