The Space:
Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod retreat! Your home away from home for the week, comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers a serene escape for families and friends. In all there are four bedrooms: two on each level.

The first floor hosts a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while an additional outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

The kitchen, updated in 2022 with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, is well-equipped for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy dining at the indoor table that seats four or the large outdoor teak dining table. For coffee enthusiasts, there’s a 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig in the pantry.

Relax in the inviting living room, which features a three-cushion couch, a two-cushion couch, and a Samsung smart TV that you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Other entertainment options include a Yamaha radio with a CD player and Bluetooth converter. Additional conveniences include a new front-loading washer and dryer. Hardwood floors run throughout the main floor, while updated wall-to-wall carpet covers the stairs and upstairs bedrooms.

Outdoor amenities include a deck with a fire pit and a cable dog run for your furry friends, along with a propane BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, with additional parking to the left of the mailbox in the yard.

Climate control is provided by central air and gas heat, with window A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms for personalized comfort. TVs are located in the living room and the upstairs guest bedroom for your entertainment.

-We have a large crate as well as a baby gate.
-Easy access to our community beach as well as parking pass for Great Sands Lake. There is a $100 fine if this goes missing.
