Featuring 4 bedrooms (plus bonus sleeping spaces), 4 full bathrooms and sleeping up to 16 people, you and your guests will spend your vacation relaxing in luxury.
The main floor of the home has a gourmet kitchen, bar area, dining area, living room, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed and another ensuite full bathroom. The second floor is where you will find the primary suite bedroom with a king bed and a ensuite bathroom so large you may never leave the oversized soaking tub! Also on the second floor are two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with a double bed, bunk beds and 2 single bed trundles. The third floor of the home is accessed by a large spiral staircase and has additional hang out space plus 2 futons if needed for additional sleeping (one queen and one double). Wall mounted AC units throughout the home will keep you cool on those balmy summer days. Next door is your game room located in a converted barn. Featuring ping pong, a card table, smart TV and other fun surprises, you'll spend endless hours enjoying your friends and family. There is a large back deck with a hot tub spa, outdoor shower, gas grill and multiple seating/dining options. Around the pool you will find chaise lounges, chairs and a wood burning fire pit for magical nighttime memories.
As for exploring the Lower Cape area, the properties location makes this a breeze. Harwich Port village is 1.8 miles away, Downtown Chatham is 4.8 miles away and the closest exit to the Mid-Cape Highway is just 3.7 miles away giving you easy access to all of the natural beauty of Cape Cod. Beaches of course are one of the reasons you are coming here so you are in luck: Red River Beach is just 1.2 miles away and Bank Street Beach is just 1.9 miles away.
On top of all this, the home comes equipped with plenty of things to make your vacation stay easier. All linens and towels are provided, beach gear is provided and fun is mandatory!
