This quaint Cape-style ranch home is handicap accessible & is conveniently located near many Cape Cod attractions. The home offers 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 twin beds). The home has been newly renovated including a new kitchen with granite countertops. Central Air conditioning will ease any hot and humid summer nights. The house is in a small and quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything the Cape has to offer. It has a spacious outdoor area which can be viewed from the large deck (14’x24’). There’s plenty of room for outdoor dining, cooking on the propane grill, or just enjoying the large yard. Relax by the fire-pit surrounded by inviting chairs, and enjoy the wooded views surrounding you. A shower in the extra large outdoor shower is an experience you will relish. It’s not only roomy but convenient for rinsing off that salt water! Inside, this lovely home away from home offers a cozy living area where you can unwind and relax after a terrific day exploring the Cape. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the smart TV with streaming services, or just enjoy the WIFI. If you’d rather unplug….light the candles in the fireplace and enjoy the tranquility. The deluxe indoor shower boasts a rain shower head as well as a handheld sprayer and granite seating. The new kitchen is complete with all the equipment you need to prepare family meals, lobster cookouts, cake decorating, and even drink umbrellas. First floor level washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

The house boasts a fantastic location only minutes from the Beaches and Ponds of Harwich/Brewster/Chatham, great dining spots, a shopping mall, convenience stores, and markets. Cranberry Valley Golf Course is within walking distance. Cape Cod Baseball League games can be viewed for no charge just down the street where you may spot the next major league player. Cape Cod Rail Trail is at the end of the street, next to Brooks Park which has outdoor fields, tracks, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a playground for the kids. Harwich Center with boutique stores and restaurants.

The fireplace in the living room is only to be used for lighting the candles that have been placed by the owners.

Security Camera Disclosure:
There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door that is active for security purposes. Additionally, there are four non-functional security cameras mounted on each side of the house that remain from when we resided here; these cameras are not in use.

Parking notes: The driveway can accommodate four vehicles. More parking is available on Oak Leaf Circle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
