In our downstairs living room, you'll find a dedicated recreational area, complete with a pool table and cornhole! Engage in lively tournaments with your loved ones, showcasing your skills and enjoying friendly competition. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure hours of fun and entertainment.

In the garage is a game room featuring a ping pong table and darts!

Our lake house comes equipped with kayaks, ready to be launched into the crystal-clear waters. Imagine gliding across the serene lake, exploring hidden coves, and taking in the breathtaking scenery. Whether you're a seasoned paddler or a beginner, these kayaks offer a wonderful opportunity for family bonding and outdoor exploration.

After a day of excitement, everyone can gather in the cozy living room, adorned with comfortable seating and large windows that showcase panoramic views of the lake. Share stories, play board games, or simply enjoy quality time together in this inviting space.

This lake house is truly a haven for family and fun, combining the joys of swimming, ping pong, and kayaking. It's a place where lifelong memories are made and cherished.

INDOOR LIVING:
- There are 2 bedrooms and two baths on the main floor, a dining and living room.
- Open-concept Kitchen fully equipped with all necessities
- One of the best parts of the house is the four-season porch.
- The downstairs has two bedrooms. One king and one with bunk beds, one set has twin beds and the other has one twin and one full. Plus, two full baths.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- Enjoy the lake by taking out our kayaks to explore.
- We have indoor games ranging for all kinds of interests!
- A great outdoor sitting area, wine glasses, blankets on the couch for watching movies, and comfortable outdoor chairs!
- Fisherman will love the deep water and some of the best fishing in Georgia, without even renting a boat! (Speaking of boat rental there are several marinas in the area)
- Our wifi is very fast for streaming videos to go along with popcorn.

To get around you will need a motor vehicle of some type. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.
