Wake Up to Spectacular Lake Views â Your Private Group Sanctuary at Lake Coeur d'Alene. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 12 across three stories with multiple living areas, purpose-built for multi-generational gatherings, extended family holidays, and friend groups. Dogs are absolutely welcome.
The Space:
Three stories, three separate living areas, and intentional design that lets your whole group finally relax without feeling crowded. You get 4 bedrooms and a loft area sleeping 12 total. Every floor has its own gathering space â some relax with coffee on the deck while others cook in the kitchen or the kids play board games downstairs. Nobody's stepping over anybody else.
One recent guest said: "This was definitely one of our favorite stays to date. Absolutely spectacular view and the house was exactly as described and what we needed to accommodate a large family for Christmas." Another guest shared: "Being able to find such a large place at such a reasonable price that was ALSO dog friendly was amazing! Would definitely stay here again."
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Primary bedroom features a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms include two with private en-suite bathrooms, plus a fourth bedroom with a bunk-style setup featuring two double beds and two single beds. The loft has a queen sleeper, and there's a queen sofa bed for additional flexibility. Extra pillows and blankets are provided throughout. Three full bathrooms eliminate morning gridlock when a full house is in residence.

Open-concept kitchen built for feeding a crowd. Full suite of appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus generous counter space and abundant cabinetry. Dining table seats the group. Dishes, silverware, cooking basics, and wine glasses are provided, making meal prep straightforward whether you're doing full holiday dinners or quick breakfasts before heading out.
THE VIEWS & OUTDOOR LIVING
The deck is the star of this property. Views of Lake Coeur d'Alene from multiple levels â built for long mornings with coffee and slow evenings. Perfect vantage point for watching downtown fireworks on the Fourth of July. Patio with gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining, plus outdoor furniture to sprawl across.
