Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive between 4 PM and 10 PM for check-in, and check out on or before 10 AM for a seamless departure.

No Parties: To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly refrain from hosting parties.

Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $65 per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Notes:
If a pet hasn`t been disclosed and the no pet fee is paid before check-in, and if management later discovers that there is a pet in the condo, a $1000 charge/claim will be applied.

Professional Cleaning: Rest easy—each unit undergoes professional cleaning after every stay to ensure a pristine environment.

Laundry Facilities: Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry with available washing machines and dryers.

No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all guests, please respect the no-smoking policy within the suites.

Rooftop:
The rooftop is a shared space intended for everyone’s enjoyment, so please be mindful of others and keep the area clean and quiet. Respect communal furniture, avoid smoking and bringing pets, and ensure the space remains tidy.

We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)
Please also acknowledge the following:
1. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.

2. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent nearby residents from using our property as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government issued photo ID.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the property at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the property, but to all guests planning to be inside at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge of $30 per person. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. We may need to ask for your driver`s license for verification during the check-in process.

6. No parties/events. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, your reservation will be terminated, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
7. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). We will consider your request if you request in advance. Failure to request in advance will lead to termination of your reservation.

8. Please note that this is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/vaping/drugs are detected either within the retreat or in the common areas, we will immediately terminate the reservation and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
9. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or detected, your reservation will be terminated, and we will seek compensation up to $1,000 for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

10. Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee. It takes our cleaners a full 5 hours to clean and launder the suite for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you for an additional fee of $30 per hour up to 2 hours; this is to cover our cost of hiring additional cleaners. Unless otherwise approved, any guest who is still in the residence 20 minutes past check-out will be charged an extra night or a late check-out fee.

11. Guests are assured that the space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside our control, we will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems we are able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Host.

12. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

Pet Policy:
We are delighted to welcome your four-legged companions to our pet-friendly retreat! Please note the following guidelines:

Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $65 per pet per stay applies, subject to prior approval.

Pet Behavior: Guests agree to keep their pets quiet and well-behaved at all times. Pets are not allowed on beds. Pets must be on a leash and under control whenever outside the suite or in common areas.

Cleanliness: Guests must clean up after their pets in the suite, common areas, and around the property. A designated pet relief area is located on the grass near the lake, away from the main building.

Unattended Pets: All dogs must be kenneled if left unattended in the suite.

Non-Disclosure: Failure to disclose a pet before check-in or failure to pay the pet fee will result in a $1,000 charge or termination of the reservation, at management’s discretion.

Policy Violations: Violations of this policy may result in additional charges up to $1,000 or immediate termination of the reservation, at management`s discretion.
