The roofed front terrace is an ideal place to sit and read and it has direct access to the pool.



To the rear you have a beautiful private garden.

It has artificial grass and is surrounded by volcanic rocks and a variety of plants which are native to the island.

You can sunbathe in the comfortable sun loungers and have spectacular moonlit dinners.







The cosy living area is decorated in retro style with bright colours that give it a very modern feel.

The large sofa is the eye catcher of the room along with a boho style armchair and a two-tiered central table. Enjoy a pleasant after-dinner conversation with a cup of wine or a good movie.

You will find a large Smart TV with ASTRA satellite channels, DTT and Netflix so you can enjoy your favourite series and movies just like at home.



And of course there is free WIFI throughout the apartment, ideal if you have to work or if you would like to catch up with your family or friends back home. . .







The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by an American style breakfast bar.

It's spacious enough for four people to have lunch, dinner or a well deserved glass of wine with good company after an exciting day out and about..







There are two large bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined together with a topper to make up a single “king-size” double bed.
