Pennsylvania Avenue Place - Large cottage close to town! A/C + WIFI

This very special family cottage is located in a great spot, just a short walk to the Wequetonsing waterfront also walk-able to the downtown Harbor Springs shops, beaches and dining. This expansive cottage is made up of the original cottage at one end with a full kitchen, living, dining and bedrooms and at the other end the newer two-level wing which also has a full kitchen, living, dining room and additional bedrooms. This home is perfect for multiple generations and extended family to all get together and enjoy the complete Harbor Springs experience.

The fireplace in the front cottage is not available for use. The fireplace in the back is wood burning, with a gas starter located on right side, inside, of the fireplace, near the floor: turn the timer, and use a long lighter to light it (there should be one in the fish above the fire place) - if not, there should be some in the drawer to the right of the oven. There will be two starters: one for inside, one for the outside fireplace. Please ensure the flues are open. The gas was working when I the owners left Memorial Day. I also left a quarter load of firewood on the porch - if it has not already been used by other renters. If you are unable to figure out the gas, newspaper works great as well.
