Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club does not provide concierge services. Renter acknowledges and understands any issues or questions regarding the rental property are to be addressed with the Rental Agent or Property Owner.
Renter, immediate family, and guests are required to obey the rules and regulations of Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club (speed limits, dress codes, personal conduct). The Renter bears responsibility for familyâs and guestsâ actions. Any resulting fines will be billed to the Renter.
All use of Birchwood Common Properties is based on the premise that participation is purely voluntary.
