If the weather is nice, start the morning on your private balcony with a fresh cup of coffee while you game plan for the day. Skiing at nearby Nubs Nob Ski Resort, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter, or hiking, biking, or heading to the nearby shoreline in the summer? You've also got access to a community pool and tennis court in the summer.

When you get hungry, head inside to the well-equipped kitchen to make breakfast. You’ll find a full suite of appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up a meal. After a full day of fun, you’ll be happy to return to your cozy home away from home. Settle in on the sofa or armchair and flip on the gas fireplace for extra coziness. The wall-mounted flatscreen is there to stream your favorite shows, and if you can't agree on what to watch, no problem – there's another living room downstairs with a leather couch and armchair and flatscreen TV. There's also a dedicated desk area downstairs if you need to catch up on some work. In the evening, if it’s warm outside, step back out onto that deck, fire up the gas grill, grab a frosty beverage, and toast your good luck at booking the perfect family retreat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
