Located right on the beach, the back door opens to a large deck with a grill and lounge chairs to relax and watch the dolphins in ocean (there are a lot!) There is a 500 square foot Carolina porch if you would prefer to stay indoors and still have a gorgeous panorama ocean views. The home has 5 large bedrooms, and has sleeping accommodations for 19 guest. Fully stocked kitchen!

This beautifully remodeled, beach and oceanfront 5 bedroom/3 full bath home is just steps away from your ultimate rest and relaxation destination. Let your worries go as you gaze over the unobstructed beauty of dolphins swimming where the St. Helena Sound meets the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Just a few steps off the newly constructed
back deck, follow the footpath through the dunes to feel your feet in the cool Carolina sand on your way to dipping toes into the warm, welcoming waters.

Harbor Point Beach Estate welcomes you home as you step into an open concept kitchen, living, and dining space, large enough for your entire group. The space has large picture windows framing beautiful ocean and beach views, with access to the Carolina porch. This four season climate controlled, 500 sq. ft. room also features 3 walls of picture windows facing the ocean, along with a twin trundle daybed, wicker furniture and an additional dining table for extra seating and eating. From the porch, you can access the newly constructed 16' x 20' deck, with ease of access to the beach, a large gas grill, extra seating, and lounge chairs, perfect for working on your tan or taking a well-deserved nap after a long day on the beach. Just past the stairs is an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for washing away the extra sand as it tries to make its way inside.

The kitchen has been recently updated with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while keeping with the comforts of home. Each morning, enjoy the sunrise with a hot mug of coffee directly from the Keurig coffee maker or a fresh smoothie using the Ninja blender. Meals are an easy set up with a breakfast bar able to seat five and an adjoining dining space, capable of seating a comfortable 8.

Get cozy in the living room on the large, sleeper sofa or on one of the two spacious arm chairs while watching a show or sports team on the 75" 4k flat screen TV. This TV also has a Blu-ray player, in case you wish to settle down and watch a favorite movie.

On the first floor you'll find 3 of the 5 bedrooms, including the master suite just off the dining area. The oceanside master bedroom is an ideal escape as it includes a King bed, walk-in closet, a large flat screen TV and an on-suite bathroom, with double vanity and a tub/bath combo. Double doors off the side of the bed lead directly to the Carolina room.

Two additional bedrooms are located just off the living room. The second bedroom is oceanside and holds a queen bed, large flat screen Smart TV, and access to the Carolina room. This bedroom and the third have a shared full bath with a secluded toilet area and shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a larger, king-sized bed and also has a large flat screen Smart TV.

The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared, comfortable full bath. This bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. On the oceanside of the house you'll find a bedroom with two full/double beds, a loveseat, and a large flat screen Smart TV. As an added bonus, this room has a spacious walk-in closet and access to a balcony overlooking the ocean with additional seating outside. The fifth bedroom is quite large, features two queen beds, a large flat screen Smart TV, and an extra large walk-in closet with a fold away twin bed.

Just for staying on Harbor Island, you will have access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts and basketball court. Due to the inclusivity of Harbor Island, there is a minimal fee for car passes onto the island. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

*Gate pass fees are per vehicle: day pass $20; 2 nights $30; 3 nights $40; 4 nights $50; 5 nights $60; 6 nights $70; 7 nights $80, 8-14 nights $105; 15-21 nights $130; 22-30 nights $155; 31-90 nights $175; 91-365 nights $200.

Pet fee is $200 for two small dogs. If your dog is larger or more dogs please just contact us before hand. We just ask that you clean up after your puppy.

All check in's are with a remote smart lock. There is a property manager in the area that is always available to help make your stay even better.

Quiet private gated community. Harbor Island is truly one of a kind. Small cafe open during the busy season., it also has a pool, tennis and basketball courts, gym and playground. Aligators and dolphins can be spotted all around the island. Just a mile down the road from Hunting Island Sate Park where you can explore the Hunting Island Light House. Lots of fishing available on the island, as well as crabbing the famous blue crab. Great seafood restaurants around, as well as the local fish and shrimp markets to get fresh sea food. You can book locals to take you on deep sea fishing trips, or dolphin tours. Bubba's which is just minutes down the road offers Kayak rentals. Bike rentals are available on the island as well. Down the road on Lady's Island is a local artist community with beautiful shops and food. Grocery stores are about 20 min down the road including a publix and neighborhood walmart.
