Liked it, but didn’t love it.

Pros:-Location is great! Close to pool and beach-Porches are relaxing with plenty of rocking chairs -Home is bright and nicely decorated -Bedrooms are spacious-Kitchen fully stocked-Room for multiple cars-Beaufort and surrounding areas were enjoyable Cons:-Air conditioning was way too hot on the first floor and miserable when cooking-Sheets on 3 beds were dirty upon arrival, as were the utensils -The boards at the top of the stairs were rotten/soft (told they were being fixed after our stay)-The trundle bed was incredibly hard and left my husband with back issues. It is the only bedroom with a full bathroom attached, so we felt it was our only option. I ended up sleeping with my daughter in another room because the trundle was unbearable for either of us. Sad to not stay in the room together on vacation.-There’s not a table for the entire family to eat around unless you take all food downstairs to the picnic table. Our family is looking for the perfect place to return year after year. We had high hopes that this house might be it for us. We enjoyed it, but unfortunately, there were too many issues for us to want to return. As a new rental, I hope the owners will take all of this into account and make the needed changes for this house to be better for others.

Perfect Two-Family Ocean Week

We really enjoyed the amenities at the house; we used the grill, beach chairs, all kitchen items & both porches a lot. The house was very clean, in really good condition & the pool & beach was even closer than we pictured. Harbor Island was a good mix: not too busy, but still friendly people all around! We signed up for a quieter week at the ocean & this property delivered!

Great location!

Our family enjoyed our vacation in this home. The location can't be beat - only a few steps to the pool and right beside the beach access! The house was extremely clean and had many "extras" that our family appreciated - coffee, laundry basket, throw blankets, etc. Scott and Sarah were great to work with!
