Stay7A is a spacious and welcoming four-bedroom holiday home in the heart of Hanmer Springs. Just a flat five-minute walk from the thermal pools, shops, restaurants and forest tracks, it’s the ideal base for families, couples, or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a few extra touches to make your stay special.

Set over two levels, Stay7A comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, a private deck with spectacular mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious spa bath. Also upstairs is a fourth bedroom with two king single beds. Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with a king bed that can be split into two king singles to suit your group. All rooms are furnished with quality linen, electric blankets and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep in any season.

The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing together, with a cosy log burner, large Smart TV, full SKY TV including sport and movies, and a newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances. A heat pump ensures instant warmth in winter and cooling in summer. In the warmer months, you can open both sets of bifold doors to enjoy fresh alpine air and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The sunny patio area is great for morning coffee, summer BBQs or evening drinks with mountain views as your backdrop.

The house includes fast Wi-Fi, two bathrooms (plus a separate guest toilet), full laundry facilities with washer and dryer, and everything you need to enjoy a relaxed self-contained stay. There is off-street parking for two cars in the shared driveway, and a single garage with internal access that’s ideal for securely storing bikes and gear. Please note that the garage is not suitable for parking a car, and guests are asked to be mindful not to block access for neighbours.
