Welcome to 1878 RiverRun, a charming historic home with scenic views! Overlooks the C&O Canal, Western Maryland Rail Trail, steps from the Potomac River.
We proudly offer 5 spacious suites (can be booked individually and/or entire home). Enjoy a Self-Serve Light Breakfast station, a washer/dryer, bike storage, basement with pool/tennis/foosball/hockey/poker tables smart TVs/and more. Walk to local restaurants, ice cream, Flannel on the Trail, and bike shop.

Secure Bike Storage: We offer secure bike storage in the enclosed porch area. Please note that bikes are not permitted inside the main living area. A key will be provided to access to secured bike storage area.
Wash/Rinse your bikes! A water hose is located inside the bike storage area, guests are welcome to use the provided water house for their bikes.
Plenty of parking is available for your vehicle (public parking lot, free)

Fuel up for your ride! We offer a self-serve continental-style breakfast with a rotating mix of oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, spreads, breakfast sandwiches, waffles with syrup, and more. Coffee and tea are always ready. Youâll find everything stocked in the fridge, freezer, or on the counterâperfect for early risers and cyclists on the go. While we donât provide hot cooked meals, our full kitchen is available if youâd like to make your own.

Whether you're winding down after a long ride or spending a cozy night in, our fully loaded game room has something for everyone. Challenge your friends to pool, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, or a round at the poker table. For sports fans and movie lovers, kick back on the comfy sofa and enjoy your favorite games or films on one of two large smart TVs.
The space also features a dartboard, axe throwing target (indoor-safe), poker set, classic board games, and plenty of seating to relax, play, or cheer each other on. It's the perfect place to connect, compete, and create great memories.

Upon Booking: Guest Identification & Lease Agreement
To finalize your booking, please review and sign the Short-Term Lease Agreement that will be emailed to you automatically after you complete your reservation. This agreement outlines the terms of your stay, expectations, and protects both you and us, ensuring a clear understanding for everyone involved. If you have any questions regarding the lease agreement, please don't hesitate to email or call us to discuss them. Please note: If the agreement is not signed within 48 hours of receipt, your booking will be automatically cancelled by our system. You are under no obligation to sign if you do not agree with the terms. Your credit card will only be charged after the agreement has been reviewed and signed by you.
To complete your booking and receive automated check-in instructions, we kindly ask for a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a driverâs license or passport).
