The Lobster Claw - Perfect Location Near Beach & Boardwalk

Summary:
Your perfect beach getaway, just one block from the ocean in the heart of downtown Hampton Beach. Enjoy easy walking access to shops, parks, restaurants, the beach, and lively local entertainment.

This charming suite features a queen bed, a full bed, a full bathroom, a brand-new kitchen, and a cozy three-season sun porch — ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

Come relax and enjoy your home away from home at The Lobster Claw!

The Space:
The lobster claw is a 2 bedroom suite. There is a queen size bed and a full size bed. There is 1 flight of stairs located in this unit to access the bedrooms and full bath.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Lobster Claw comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.

The Neighborhood:
The lobster claw is 500 feet from Ocean Blvd where the boardwalk is in downtown Hampton. The ocean is also across the street from the suite. We are located on a dead end road.

Getting Around:
The Lobster Claw comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.

Other Things to Note:
There are 5 stairs to enter the unit and 1 set of stairs within the suite.

This building is perfect for hosting large family gatherings, weddings, etc of up to 15 people. The listing is called "The Fleet". Feel free to reach out for more information.

Lobster Claw was a great place to stay. Close to the beach and many places to eat. We were able to walk to the beach and were lucky to be able to attend the Seafood Festival,The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was the steep, narrow stairs to the second floor, a safety issue for the elderly.

Close to beach but that was about it. Dangerous stairs. Top stair edge not finished correctly, my husband almost fell. Upstairs slanted floor and uncomfortable beds. Only parking for one car. If you have 2 cars there is parking an 8 minute drive away. Pictures make it look much better then reality.

Lovely place for a weekend visit

Lovely, clean place. Definitely set up for short term visits, but has everything you need for a brief stay. Kitchen supplies are standard brief vacation rental fair, don’t expect to do any complicated cooking. Walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper on a busy weekend with lots of guests. Our kiddos loved the super close beach access. Would definitely come again.

This was the perfect spot for our quick stay to enjoy a concert at the Casino Ballroom and some birthday shenanigans. Close walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and Casino Ballroom. Rental was clean, cozy and as pictured.

The house is cozy, quick walk to the beach. A bit drafty in the colder temps despite the heaters. Mostly near the back door and windows. Bedding was very comfortable. Leslie was quick to help as needed.

The Lobster Claw is quaint, nicely decorated and comfortable. If you want to be in the absolutely perfect location on Hampton beach, this is it. Walkimg distance to the beach and boardwalk. Definitely recommend

Fantastic summer getaway!

This beach house was lovely! Right across from the beach and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds for a calm and relaxing stay. Beautifully furnished with a very responsive host, my family and I will definitely look to book this house again next visit!

Very friendly host and super cute house

The house was very clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us. The neighborhood was very walkable and the house is super close to the beach which allowed for lots of walking. The host was very responsive and friendly and gladly answered any questions and concerns we had. The website provided when booking also made everything very clear and was referenced many times during the trip as it was so thorough. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay at the beach and would definitely stay at again.
