Escape to the gorgeous coastline of New England and experience a relaxing beach getaway at our recently renovated home. This property has one of the best front porches on the Hampton Beach strip! Three floors of abundant space is perfect for groups and families seeking a tranquil and idyllic stay. The modern interior was thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with nautical finishes, thoughtful furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to Ocean Boulevard! This home is equipped with everything you need to have a great stay at Hampton Beach and is within walking distance to anything on the island including the shops, restaurants, fishing district, boardwalk, theaters, arcades, and, of course, the sandy beach! Don't miss out!

You can start your morning by brewing a fresh cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise on the porch. Come home from a long day at the beach to rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. Then, cozy in and relax in the living room while watching your favorite movie on our 55" Smart TV or gather friends to play a card game on the porch.

Cook a delicious meal in the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, featuring a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. It is also equipped with all of the necessities including pots and pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. There is also a propane grill for those who prefer grilling or dining outside.

If you need a space to work, you can find a desk in one of the second floor bedrooms, or use the portable table stored in the kitchen on the main floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, plus a beautiful bathroom with custom tile and stone shower.

The third floor includes three queen beds in a spacious open loft space that can be curtain-divided into 3 separate sleeping quarters, plus a half bathroom.

The front porch is shared between both units and overlooks the bustling strip. This home consists of 2 units split side by side; this listing is for the left unit #39, which accommodates 10 people.

A washer and dryer are available for long term stays and is located on the second floor.

Please note that the house has three levels and the stairs might not be suitable for small children; a baby gate is recommended!

This unit comes with off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Free street parking is directly in front of the house on Ocean Blvd on a first come first serve basis.

Best spot to stay

The house was wonderful they did a fantastic job of using all the space to comfortably fit our large family and more. So close to the beach and was a wonderful setting with lots of friendly neighbors. Easy to walk to everything with 4 small kiddos. Highly reccomend families to stay here, well worth it!

We have been coming to Hampton Beach for years is this is our best stay yet. The weather was wet the first part of the week but the covered porch was perfect! Grey spot to watch all the cars coming in and quick access to the beach!

One of the best spots

This is the best location I’ve had in Hampton beach. It’s an easy walk to town. There’s a great cafe and convenience store within a block. Sitting on the porch watching the people and the cars/bikes is awesome with a morning coffee or a nightcap. The owner is super-responsive, and the house is well equipped for everything.

Best stay anywhere, ever!

Not enough room on this page to describe how happy we were to stay in #39. From the appliances (we made big meals) to the layout, to the comfort, to the location, the availability for our trip, the cost, so many wonderful attributes. We even made friends with the folks in #41 and had a blast on the porch. Absolutely phenomenal hosts and home. It felt like a home; both comfortable and welcoming. So clean!!!

Wonderful stay!

This cottage is amazing and has been fully renovated. Beautiful details like the portal window in the downstairs bathroom really make this place special. Mike and Lauren have truly thought of everything. Especially in the kitchen not only are there dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc, but they also thought to include small appliances like Kerig, full-size coffee pot, a toaster oven, and a toaster. Saying this kitchen is well-appointed is an understatement, and it's all labeled! Beds are comfortable, shower is amazing, plenty of space, obviously a great porch. We would definitely stay again!

4 Moms. 11 kids. Great week at Party on the Porch

We stayed at week with “Our mom group” and kiddos. Such a great time and lots of memories. The location is perfect, right on Ocean Boulevard yet a little tucked away from all the action of the boardwalk. The house was beautifully remodeled, everything was clean to perfection and cabinets labeled which is always a plus. Mike and Lauren clearly put a lot of thought and attention in this listing and for the renters. And it definitely shows!! Mike and Lauren were there to answer any questions we had. The whole trip start to finish was chef’s kiss!! We will definitely be looking to book again next year and make it a tradition with all the kiddos and moms:)
