Hampton Beach Vacation Rental

This spacious condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the modern kitchen was well appointed. Each bedroom had its own big screen television. The open concept living room and kitchen also had a big screen television. We watched the fireworks from the balcony, which had plenty of comfortable seating and an oceanfront view. The condo owners made sure that this condo has all of the comforts of home. There was plenty of air conditioning with controls in the bedrooms and common area. There were also ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We were totally comfortable in this condo. There were beach chairs available and I believe there was a beach umbrella as well. It had a washing machine and dryer which came in handy. It was across the street from beautiful Hampton beach and was well located to shops and restaurants. The owners were very responsive if I had a question. This was the most comfortable vacation property I have ever rented.

Hampton Spring Visit

The condo was lovely. It was well cared for and had all the amenities any guest could ever need. The owners were very quick to respond, if any issues arose and resolved them quickly. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo with its spectacular ocean view.

Beautiful Condo

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week at this beautiful condo. The location was absolutely the best you could ask for. Perfect for going to the beach and all of the activities on the boardwalk. The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable and accommodated our needs very well. Our host was quick to respond when we initially had troubles with the door code but we had no need to contact her any other time during our stay. Choose this place for a wonderful vacation in Hampton Beach.

Great oceanfront condo!

Everything looked the same as the pictures which was wonderful. Modern condo with full amenities. Owner has thought of many nice touches to make stay more pleasant. Only thing I would add is to have more blankets on property. We were chilled a couple of nights and didn't have enough blankets. Otherwise, outstanding and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Hampton Beach Vacation & seafood festival

We loved the condo - it had everything needed for a beach vacation, Including beach chairs and beach towels and a great location just across the road from the beach. This saved a lot of time in looking for these things so we could hit the beach right away. It’s also fully furnished including outdoor chairs on the balcony which has an awesome view. We were able to get some great sunrise pictures. The location was also great for the seafood festival, one block to the gates. This made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. And with the fully equipped kitchen we didn’t waste any of seafood picked up at the festival. In addition. the hosts were very pleasant and helpful with prompt and detailed responses to our questions. They also provided some suggestions of good places to visit in the area. In summary, we had a great time and no complaints. We will definitely look at this condo first if we’re able to attend next year. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Clean, condo with great location

The condo itself had everything we needed and was very clean and new. The balcony overlooked the ocean, so that was a definite plus. You just had to cross Ocean Boulevard to get to the beach and the location was great!

Great stay!

Property as described and shown. Sumathi was always responsive to communication quickly. No real issues. We had trouble figuring out how to lock the back door then saw the sign on the wall explaining it. Location is perfect. Cleanliness was good. Would recommend to others. Thank you Sumathi!

Hard to beat this location AND the space is gorgeous! We’ve been coming to Hampton Beach for 25+ years and this is our favorite accommodation to date!! Such wonderful thoughtful touches that not a lot of hosts offer. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend

We had such a great stay at this condo! Six stars, no issues what so ever. We had to put the heat on for the first time of the season and the owners were available to help get it all set up. Clean, new, perfectly appointed. We loved it!

Lovely Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the beach. The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities you would need. Loved the view from the balcony. Great beachfront Condo

I stayed with my family (4 of us and 2 kids age 5 or under). We loved the condo, there was everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and the condo is very clean and beautiful. The beach was right across the street and we were in walking distance to everything. The sound proofing must be very good, since we didn’t hear much from of the busy street when we were inside. We loved the ocean front deck and spent many nights enjoying a drink on it. They do the fireworks right across the street so we had the best view from the porch. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay and had a great vacation. Instructions were excellent and appreciated for check in/ check out. Your place is beautiful. I wanted to let you know the room was very very clean when we moved in. Not sure if you use a cleaning service, but in the past when we have rented from others, I normally had to spend a lot of time cleaning when we checked in. Everything was spotless and I only wiped things down for my own peace of mind, not because it was needed. Also wanted to let you know that the front door sticks a lot and have to really push hard to open and close. We were fine with it, but in case you weren’t aware. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time and appreciate it!

What an incredible place

Slice of heaven

We can’t thank you enough for sharing your little slice of heaven on the beach with us. It was clean, so well equipped, and had the most spectacular location right on the beach and was only a quick walk from all the restaurants, games, and shopping on the boardwalk. It also had a prime view for watching the fireworks right from your balcony! We’ve been vacationing at Hampton every summer for the past 10 years and yours has been our favorite accommodations to date!

Beautiful Home & Views

We can't say enough positive things about our stay here. The condo was lovely and so clean, the view was amazing, and the location was perfect. It was so nicely furnished and stocked with all that we needed that we felt at home immediately. Sumathi was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would definitely love to come back again the next time we visit Hampton!
