Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).



Important - This unit is only accessible by stairs. Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.



No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire unit, which is part of a large multi-family property. Guests may access the unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival.

Hampton Beach is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This unit neighbors Buc's Lagoon for ice cream and mini golf, The Sand and Santa (and the giant Santa statue) and is 2 block from restaurant favorites like Bernie's, The Goat, The Green Room. The Americana is also just minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

Clean & convenient

We were very happy to find the listing to be just as expected. The beach was just across the street & easy to access. The place was extremely clean & well maintained. Worked out perfectly for a quick get away with my brother & his wife & my parent's. We each had our own space but there was plenty of space where we were able to all hang out together. The host was easy to work with & to communicate with. They even checked in the morning after we arrived to see how we were settling in & if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend in Hampton

The descriptions and photos are accurate for this property. Very clean, updated. Location is perfect, steps from the beach and at the beginning of the strip so a little quieter in the center of the action. Haven't been to Hampton in years, so I guess the 4:00 check in and 10:00 am checkout are standard now? There is a parking spot that comes with the unit, its close by. It's a small spot, so try and avoid a larger vehicle. My sedan fit fine. Communication with ownership was fine. Was given very specific and disciplined details about the check in, the parking, and the check out. You'll see the notes come across in all CAPS to emphasize and remind you what to do and what not do and when to do it. That was the only turn off, otherwise this property is great.

Very clean and location was perfect! Enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking morning coffee looking at the ocean. Wish the check in time was a little earlier than 4:00.

Birthday Bash at the Beach!

We stayed in unit RU and it didn’t disappoint! It was clean, great location, and was beautifully remodeled! We were there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and the accommodations were fantastic. The two porches were awesome as it was a gorgeous weekend and we spent most of the time out there! If you are looking for a GREAT place to stay on the strip this should be your first choice. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful! We had a fantastic weekend!
