NOTE: The coach house is located on a county road that can be busy. This offers direct, easy access to town and the beach but also results in some traffic noise on the patio at peak commute hours.

Cobourg is a picturesque town brimming with activities:

-Local Charm: Stroll through historic downtown, shop at boutique stores, or enjoy live theatre at the playhouse
-Day Trips: Visit Prince Edward County, Trent River Gorge, or Ste. Anne’s Spa for a day of relaxation

EV Charging: There is a gas station in town where you can charge up. We are unable to accommodate EV charging as it will overload our electrical panel.

Check-in/Check-out: We cannot guarantee early check-ins or accommodate late check-outs due to back-to-back bookings and our meticulous cleaning process. We will let you know if earlier access is available by sending a message when cleaning is done.

Pets on Property: Two senior family dogs roam the estate. They’re friendly and they do like to greet guests. For the most part they will lie around as they are quite old. We are unable to remove them from the property or guarantee that you won’t see them. We can do our best to keep them inside upon request but inevitably they will go outside for the washroom several times a day. The dogs never access the coach house interior and it is kept pet free. This may not be a good fit for guests with a strong fear or dislike of dogs.

Maintenance: Occasional exterior maintenance (e.g., lawn care) or external services may occur during your stay. They will not require access to the Coach House.

It is assumed that users are competent with using the various amenities on site (bbq, hot tub, fire table). We are not able to guarantee in person tutorials, concierge service or amenity assistance due to user error, unless there is an emergency. We are happy to assist when we are available.

Service hours are 8am-8pm. We will not have anyone available to respond or assist guests unless there is an emergency outside of service hours.

❗️CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% non refundable deposit due upon booking. If you are unable to make your reservation due to changes in plans or illness, we are happy to transfer your booking to someone else (Government ID and damage deposit required). If the cancellation is received within 7 days of the reservation, the total cost of the stay is non refundable. If the stay rebooks within the 7 day non-refundable cancellation window, we will happily provide you with a 50% refund.
