The Cottage at Firefly Cellars, cozy getaway in Loudoun wine country!

The Cottage at Firefly Cellars is a private, tranquil escape on the tasting room property. Come enjoy the private pool (open May-October), walk the property with a glass of wine, enjoy views of the neighboring horses, hop to local wineries, or just sit back and enjoy all the cottage has to offer. The cottage is meticulously maintained, beautifully designed, and you will feel at home the moment you walk through the doors. Perfect for a couple, or an individual looking to escape from busy life!

IMPORTANT: The tasting room is open Thursday-Sunday from the months of April-October, and Friday-Sunday in the colder months. If you are visiting on a day that the winery is closed and would like to buy wine to enjoy at the cottage, just let me know!

The Cottage is tucked away in a private space on the property, and guests will enjoy privacy throughout their stay. Guests will also enjoy the views from the adjacent horse farm.

The great room boasts 18’ ceilings, and is attached to the modern, open concept kitchen and eating area. The bedroom includes one queen sized bed, and the bathroom comes stocked with towels and linens. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, cups, dishes, glassware, silverware, microwave, oven, blender, and a mini and full sized refrigerator (full size located in closet).

Towels (both bath and pool/hot tub) are provided.

The bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. The curved staircase leads to an upstairs loft with a couch and bookshelves.

In front of the cottage, you will find a table for two that overlooks the pool, perfect for your morning cup of coffee, decompressing at the end of the day, or to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The pool is open from late May-October and is only for cottage guest use. A private hot tub and firepit are ready for guest use year round. Hot tub is maintained by a company who cleans/maintains chemical levels/etc to ensure the best quality. There is a chance they will arrive during your stay, but it is a very quick visit and will be on their way shortly (their usual days of service are Tuesdays and Fridays). There is also a pool maintenance company that comes twice a week (Mondays and Fridays, unless extreme weather. If there is heavy rain, they may come on a different day) for a quick clean and chemical level check. The hot tub is covered, so still able to use on cozy rainy evenings!

The cottage is tucked away on a private corner of the property, so you will not have interaction on anyone else who may be on the property at the tasting room or the barn, unless you come spend some time with us at the tasting room! The pool/hot tub/firepit are for cottage guests only, not shared amenities. There is a building next to the Cottage, which is part of the winery property. There are sometimes events in that building, but during those events there are privacy doors that are shut to maintain complete privacy for the Cottage guests.

The firepit is located outside of the cottage, and fire starters are provided.

No one is permitted in the cottage except for the 1-2 guests staying there. Visitors are NOT permitted during your stay.

The Cottage is for guests ages 21+ only.

IMPORTANT: If visiting during the summer months, you will be required to sign a pool liability waiver before visiting. Please send your email address when booking.
