Welcome to our charming 100+ year-old home!
It has the character of an older house but is kept clean, cozy, and stylish for your stay.
This spacious apartment features two large bedrooms—one with a private balcony— in the 2nd floor and a 3rd-floor family room with pull-out beds. The modern, fully equipped kitchen and all amenities ensure a comfortable visit. Located less than a mile from Spooky Nook, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, you'll enjoy easy access to everything!
The space
There is a welcoming foyer with stairs leading to the main living area, where you'll find two bedrooms, a dining room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Additionally, the attic offers a spacious area equipped with a TV, a small office, a cozy reading nook, and a couple of sofa beds

Place is as advertised. Price is great. Not fancy, but clean, bathroom, clean kitchen. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances and normal pots pans etc
.to make about anything. We only needed a place to sleep for two nights and it served us great for that purpose .

The space was well supplied with everything you might need. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, etc. The space was comfortable and my 10 year old loved the reading nook in the attic. Plenty of parking right in front of the house. You enter through the right hand door and immediately go upstairs. From there you have the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house. We’ll definitely stay again when we visit family in Hamilton!

Everything was clean and well appointed. The host was able to book us for one extra day and was so nice in helping get it done, even though they had a booking the same day we checked out, which meant a smaller cleanup window for them. The host was most accommodating and kind.

I stayed for a week while I was doing some genealogical research on my ancestors. I found it extremely and well maintained. It is ver convenient everything in Hamilton Oxford. I would highly recommend for anyone having activities at Spooky Nook or even at Zmiami University. I would definitely stay again

Smart layiut

Two bedrooms, and basically an upstairs apartment. Wide open kitchen and dining area was fun for eating and hanging out at night. Check in/out was easier than most, and there was plenty towels, which is not always the case. Twice my wife and I had drinks on the little porch off the bedroom after the sun went down. Fun places in Hamilton are easy walks. We would stay here again without question.

Stairs Stairs Stairs

There was a ton of stairs. Very noisy and loud neighborhood. Could hear the other apartment very plainly, did not realize this was a duplex. Did not find a single TV in the home at all. The bathroom could have used a little more attention when it came to being cleaned. Check in process was not very easy had to ask for the door code when the email said I should had recieved it 3 days prior to my stay.

Quick Volleyball Weekend

We booked for a single night for a season end volleyball tourney and was pleasantly content with this booking! VERY clean, very easy to work with, no issues all all. Would certainly consider again if back in Hamilton.

Loved this little home!

This property is very clean and well stocked! The location is close to restaurants and downtown Hamilton. The road is a little busy, but there is plenty of parking along the street and if the windows are closed you won’t notice the road noise. The host is very communicative! We had a (us) issue at 11:30 at night and they responded in just a few minutes! And really wanted to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. There is also an upstairs area that can easily be missed, it has a closed door leading up! It has a precious book nook area and couch and tv. We definitely will stay again if in the area.

Perfect for Mother-Daughter weekend!

I was in town for Mom’s Weekend at my daughter’s sorority in nearby Oxford. This was a great location for us! Conveniently, the property is only 20 minutes from Miami U, and within walking distance of several of our favorite restaurants in the Hamilton area. Also, 20 minutes from the Liberty Center, so we had fun shopping too! The home had a great set up, and was cozy and comfortable for our stay. Wish it were available for her upcoming graduation!
