Adorable Out of Town Guest House

Take a break and unwind comfortably at this peaceful guest house located just one mile from downtown Hamilton, MT. Whether you are here for adventure, relaxation, work, or simply just visiting family, you'll find yourself right at home here in the scenic Bitterroot Valley.

THE SPACE

The guest house features a spacious living room, big picture windows with views of the mountains, dining table, kitchenette, one bedroom with queen size bed, and a bathroom with toilet, sink, and standup shower. Room enough for one couple, and option of more (which includes children) with two provided cots upon request. Wifi, cable TV, and A/C are also included. Guests are welcome to enjoy their evenings around the fire pit, or just sit back and enjoy conversations on the deck while taking in the beauty of the Bitterroot Mountains. A shared patio with bbq grill is also available. Washer and Dryer on the property are available upon request at no extra cost.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will enter through a gated and shared driveway. Two parking spaces are available on the North East corner of the property.

LOCAL AREA ATTRACTIONS

The Bitterroot has so much to offer from shopping, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, backpacking, fly fishing, mountain biking, to beach time at Lake Como. The south entrance of the newly constructed RAL trail exists immediately adjacent to the property if you don't feel like venturing too far out for exercise. This is an easy one mile out and back hiking/biking trail that offers spectacular views of the Bitterroot Mountains. The Hamilton downtown is a little over a mile away and offers uniques shops and some good hometown restaurants.

A lovely cottage in a country setting. Magnificent Mountain View’s from the porch and the nearby RAL hiking trail were highlights of our trip. We would definitely come back here when we return to Montana. The hosts were welcoming and made our stay seem like a visit with friends. The cottage was extremely well equipped and had everything we wanted or needed.

Awesome Stay, awesome experience

RoAnn--Thank you for everything during out stay. We were in Hamilton for a family wedding and your cottage was perfect. We included our 2 Yorkie dogs and you made them feel welcome as well, in fact you went above and beyond! If anyone is looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable, place to stay, look no farther!!! Outside, full of flowers, incredible view of the mountains. Inside, so comfortable & clean, with everything we needed & more, not just for us but also for Buster our dog. Good communication with Roann. We were made to feel so welcome. If we ever get back that way, we would definitely stay again.😊

The guest cottage was as described, except cleaner than the pictures did it justice, and with better views from the porch. It was warm, nicely furnished, and located close to town, with a walking trail right next door for those with canines. I would certainly stay there again.

Nice cozy house

We stayed at this cute house for a few nights while visiting friends in the area. It was very quiet and clean. Plenty of space for two adults. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we go back to Hamilton!

RoAnn and Darrell offer an immaculate, bright and cozy guest house. Our communication was seamless and they provide everything that one might need

Cute and relaxing

Roann and Darell were wonderful hosts. Their hospitality has a number of little but thoughtful touches from snacks to toiletries to sunscreen and fans. The yard space is amazing and our dogs were spoiled during our stay. Would definitely stay again. My only recommendation is that hot pads in the kitchen would be helpful. The kitchen sink is tiny but functional. During our stay it was hot during the day but cooled off nicely at night and because of the location we were able to sleep with the windows open to cool the entire space down as the bedroom got a little warm, fir us, we like it cold for sleeping. The AC in the main living area did a great job keeping the living area cool.

Hamilton retreat

RoAnn and her family are perfect hosts. This one bedroom ‘house’ was as advertised, just perfect. Spacious living room with kitchen area was perfect for my needs. Bedroom and bathroom very functional. The views from the porch were really all you need to know. I look forward to coming back.
