Quiet 2 Bedroom apartment on a beautiful ravine setting in Downtown Burlington. All the convenience of Urban living. A very short walk to public transit, the lake, parks, shopping, restaurants and downtown Burlington. 35 minutes to Pearson Airport, 45 minutes to Niagara Falls, 60 minutes to Downtown toronto.

This property offers 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds with lots of closet space. 1 large washroom with bath/shower. Michael's communication is fantastic. Anytime we had an issue or a question, he responded almost immediately. The building is fairly quiet, and well-maintained. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, including a lovely non-alcoholic beverage shop. The only down side is that it's only accessible from Lakeshore Rd, which means if there's any traffic, you're stuck.

A great stay!

We stayed at Michael’s apartment for 45 days, it was clean, suited our needs and walking distance to the lakeshore and downtown. Loved the convenience and everything nearby. Michael is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Say hello to the people you meet in the building they are all lovely too.

Great stay

Lovely apartment on the upper floor of a quiet building, lovely neighborhood and easy to walk to the grocery store, lake, restaurants and easy to catch a bus to locations in Burlington.The apartment is in an older building but everything is well layed out and well maintained and all essentials are available for longer stays. It was also warm and comfortable during the cold winter months during our long stay.

7 Day Staycation Downtown Burlington, Ontario CA

This is my very first experience with short term stay options in downtown Burlington Ontario. I am a local resident who required an offsite location for working on plans for 2025 and needed a quiet space—this apartment fit my needs perfectly. If the need rises again, I hope to have the opportunity to rebook with Michael and I’ve already highly recommended it to a friend. There were a few hiccups on my part with the checking in (I was one day early) but Michael was very gracious and patient with me—we had a good laugh. Fortunately, I was able to return home LOL. With the checking out, after reviewing all reservation information from Verbo and from the host, my understanding was checkout time was 11 am but was informed the morning of it was 10 o’clock. Unfortunately, I did not see or read the message in time so there was a bit of a crossover between myself still being there in the process of leaving when the cleaning team arrived. I’ll know in future to confirm with the host for checking out time. My apologies for any inconvenience caused to the cleaning crew. This is a lovely little property in walking distance of everything you would hope to enjoy in downtown Burlington. Close to the lake, restaurants etc. I look forward to booking with Verbo again when the need arises. Thank you again to host Michael for helping me find my way through this process for the first time. I highly recommend this booking to anyone (without mobility issues/challenges)! :-)
