This modern and newly renovated approx. 35sqm old building apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. Guests number 3 and 4 can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

You can park in the parking garage opposite at Dachritzstrasse 10.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size double bed (160X200).

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there are also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for four people.

The separate living room adjoins the kitchen and invites you to relax on the comfortable couch. This can be folded into another bed. With high-speed WiFi and smart TV you can switch off and relax here after a strenuous day.

The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.

Everything you could want from your home is available here too: hairdryer, towels and soap.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a smart lock.
