Getting Around:
This neighbourhood is extremely walkable - everything is within arms reach. If you do have a car, there is some free on street parking - just make sure to abide by the signs. If bus is your preferred method of travel - simply hop on the main route on Spring Garden and away you go!

Our historic building's charm comes with signs of age, yet we ensure a clean, well-maintained space, focusing on comfort over modern distractions like AC.
Parking: Designated spot available upon request ($100/month), or free street parking subject to road signage.
Enjoy the natural breeze and engaging atmosphere. The compact, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom meet your needs, with thoughtful touches for a convenient stay.
We welcome pets, with conditions for a harmonious visit. Safety and cleanliness are paramount, with essential supplies provided to enhance your experience.
â Only one pet is allowed per stay.
â The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
â Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.
