We loved the place even though the stairs were many and exhausting to load and unload our belongings as all over 70 yrs old. The constant noise from the wall and garbage can overflow should have been handled prior to our arrival along with fixing of garbage disposal. Lots of light

This is a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the ocean and a mere half block from the beach. The walking path along the ocean is fantastic!The house is clean, well maintained and slept our group of ten comfortably. Mattresses and bedding are new and good quality. The kitchen is well stocked. The floor plan is a little odd and there are a lot of stairs. They could use a little more comfy seating in the large beautiful living room, but other than that, we had few complaints. The hosts are super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It was a great house for our yearly girls trip!

Perfect home for our group!

This home and the location is beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean from the house. It was excellent for our group of 10 people. The one thing that would have made it perfect would be if there was a bathroom on the second floor. Both bathrooms are on the main floor of the house, which meant the 4 people staying upstairs had to use the one shared bathroom with those staying on the main floor. The second bathroom is an en-suite in the master bedroom. This didn’t bother us too much since we were only there for 2 nights, it could be tricky for so many people sharing a bathroom if this was a longer stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
