Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this single-storey, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 6 people. This house is great for a small family with young kids, but it will also work for others too. Let’s see what this place has to offer. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but don’t let that fool you. It can do just as much, if not more than larger kitchens. It has modern appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and it’s fully equipped with everything (small appliances, kitchen gadgets, cutlery, etc.) you’d need to make even the most difficult of meals. The dining area is right by the kitchen, and it’ll seat up to 6 people. After a long day out playing golf or walking around the parks, what better place to go to than to the living room. Here, you can lay back and relax on one of the two sofas while watching a great Disney movie on the large flat screen TV. The pool is located at the back of the house, and the pool area is screened in to keep those pesky bugs out. Here, you can take a dip in the pool to cool off from the Florida heat, you can lay down on one of the sun loungers and work on your tan, and you can relax on a seat around the patio table with others whilst enjoying your favorite beverage and listening to the sound of the pool. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for young kids.


Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
