Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this single-story vacation villa has its own private pool, golf course views, 4 bedrooms, 3 full-bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people. How about a little information about the inside of house? The kitchen is large and efficient. It has modern appliances, granite countertop space, and a breakfast bar that’ll seat 2 people. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances, bowls, knives, equipment, etc. that you could possibly need. When the meal is cooked, it’s time to sit down and eat. If the 2 seats at the breakfast bar aren’t enough, there are 4 seats around a circular table in the dining area just behind the kitchen. And if those 4 seats aren’t enough, you can always go to the formal dining area, where you’ll find a rectangular dining table and 6 matching seats. There are 2 living rooms: a formal living room and an informal living room. The formal living room is at the front of the house and has three smart couches for people to sit down on and converse. The informal living room is at the back of house, is large, and has two large comfortable sofas with an ottoman combined with the cushions for everyone to relax on after a long day out at the parks or shopping. Here, you can kick back and watch a good movie on the large flat screen TV. Fancy a dip in the pool? Just head through the glass patio doors in the living room. Once outside, you’ll notice the entire area is screened-in to protect against bugs. If look just beyond the pool area, you’ll see the great golf course views. Things to do here: swim in the pool, sunbathe on one of the sun loungers, and sit down and relax with your favorite beverage under the covered lanai. If you’d rather have some indoor fun. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. the third bedroom a full-size and fourth bedrooms have two single beds.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
