This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool and games room sleeps up to 10 people.
The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms all have two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family.
This place is great for a very large family or two families traveling together with kids. The kitchen is very swish. It has updated white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (the fridge is white), and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4 people. Behind the breakfast bar are glass patio doors that lead to the pool area. If you need more than 4 seats, there’s a modern, classy formal dining room suite with 6 seats. This is the perfect place for everyone to come together and enjoy a meal.
There are two living room areas. Downstairs, there is the main living area that has 2 tan leather sofas, a tan leather overstuffed armchair, a large TV, and another pair of glass patio doors that lead to the pool area.
Upstairs, the other living area is big and has 2 tan sofas, an overstuffed armchair, and a large flat screen TV. Having two living areas is great because now there will be less fighting over the TV remote since there are two TV’s in two separate living areas.
Head outside to the screened-in pool area, and you’ll find a large pool to swim in, sun loungers to sunbathe on, and a patio table and chairs to relax on with your favorite ice-cold beverage. Along with the pool, there's a spa, which is a resting area of the pool (not a hot-tub or Jacuzzi). If pool heating is added (at extra cost), spa can be heated at the same time and temperature as the pool. There are also views of the golf course from the pool area.
If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table and hours of fun to be had.
