This warm and welcoming property features three bedrooms, three showers, and two toilets making it ideal for families or small groups.



Upstairs, the main bedroom enjoys beautiful ocean views, a queen bed, built-in wardrobes, and a ceiling fan for warm summer nights. The second upstairs bedroom offers four single beds, built-in storage, and air conditioning—perfect for those hot summer evenings. The third bedroom is located downstairs and contains a queen bed with a large wardrobe.



There is a toilet with a vanity upstairs and the main bathroom is located downstairs containing a separate shower, and separate toilet. There is also a separate shower-room downstairs, and a heated outdoor shower.



The open-plan living space is bright and airy, with two seating areas—one for relaxing with a movie, and the other positioned near the dining area, ideal for conversation, reading, or unwinding with a glass of wine after a day in the sun. The dining table seats the whole crew comfortably, perfect for shared meals or evening board games, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create holiday favourites with ease.



Large windows and a sliding door in the dining area open onto a covered deck with an outdoor dining table, capturing stunning water views—a perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or an evening drink. Switch on the outdoor heater if the evening cools down. Roll out a few beanbags onto the deck, listen to the waves, and enjoy the sparkling sea right from your front yard.

The Neighborhood:

Hahei is a popular village on the Coromandel with an amazing beach, scenic walks, and wonderful eateries. The golden sands and sparkling water will blow you away and the beach is superb for swimming. Access to world-renowned Cathedral Cove is from the village. It is around a 40-minute walk to the Cove. You can hire a kayak or hop on the water taxi to take you around from Hahei beach. You are also a short drive away from Hot Water Beach where at low tide you can dig a hole and soak in the HOT water, spades can be hired from the local store.
