230 m2 farmhouse for agricultural property on the 1st floor from originally 1850 with a large courtyard and garden. The farmhouse offers plenty of space with a total of 16 rooms. You get 3 large authentically decorated living rooms (including TV with Chromecast), 4 bedrooms, 1 playroom (with the possibility of extra beds on sofa bed), a very well-equipped kitchen with a Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, Kenwood mixer, blender, fondue, and much more, as well as 2 large new bathrooms with underfloor heating (established in 2020 and 2022) and a toilet room. The farmhouse is furnished in an original charming style with contemporary furniture and older paintings mainly from the local area. The farm is heated by a new air-to-water heat pump (established in 2021). The farm's large 26 kWp solar panel system, located on the roof of one of the operating buildings, contributes significantly to electricity production in a sustainable way. There are 2 charging stations for hybrid/electric cars available, a private 11 kW AC charging station (located in the courtyard), and a public 30 kW DC fast charger (located on the west side of the operating building facing the public road) - usage via the Monta app.



Outside, there is plenty of space. There is an approximately 2,000 m2 gravel courtyard, a covered terrace with 10-12 seats and terrace heater and gas & charcoal grill, a secluded terrace (not covered) with 10-12 seats and fenced fire pit and garden pond, and an approximately 4,000 m2 large garden divided into several sections. The garden sections include fruit trees, berry bushes, and a greenhouse with seasonal vegetables. For children, there is a large trampoline with safety net (4.30 meters), 2 x soccer goals, 2 x seesaws, and a huge swing set with five different swings, climbing rope, and slide. In addition, there are various children's and adult bicycles as well as mooncars, pedal tractors, etc. available. In the garden, there is also a designated area with a new 2.25-meter large electrically heated wilderness bath with thermal cover (established in 2023), a 3.5-meter large wood-fired sauna barrel (anno 2021), an outdoor shower with hot water tank, and a large 12-person wood-fired grill hut (anno 2022). A certain amount of firewood is freely available during the stay.



On the farm's old hayloft on the 1st floor, a 100 m2 large insulated and heated (2 x air-to-air heat pumps) activity room was established in the autumn of 2023. Here you will find a pool table, table football, air hockey, 2 x darts (regular/electric), shuffleboard, poker table (6 seats), craft table (4 seats and 1 Trip Trap junior chair), LEGO, toys, board and card games, TV and projector with Chromecast, Xbox 360 and Xbox One with many games as well as seating areas and a large bar in the middle of the room with 7 bar stools.



From the property, you can enjoy sea views over Lillebælt at the mouth of Haderslev Fjord. The farm is located on the route "Camino Haderslev Næs" and only 1 km from a very child-friendly beach via a dirt road through the forest to a cozy smaller cottage area at Tamdrup beach. There is also 1 km to the farm shop and wine shop in Hajstrup, where locally produced fruits and vegetables can be purchased in the season, among other things, from this farm's land.



There is ultra-fast WIFI at 360 Mbps in the residence and activity room. There is also outdoor WIFI at the west-facing gable of the farmhouse in the area around the garden pond, wilderness bath, sauna, and grill hut.
