Situated on just under an acre, this log cabin offers spacious accommodations for both gathering and sleeping spaces. With the en suite bedroom and separate loft upstairs, two bedrooms on the main floor, and additional sleeping in the main floor living room and walk-out basement, there is plenty of room to spread out, have fun, and relax!

The gaming level is super fun! It features two connected game rooms and walks out to the spa patio. Sofas and beanbags offer cozy seating while high top tables and stools accommodate billiards and active gaming. Whether you’re 7 or 70, there is truly something for everyone in this area of the house devoted to fun, laughter, and entertainment.

MUSIC
Amazon Echo speakers are spread throughout the cabin interior for your enjoyment. Connect your phone through Bluetooth or ask Alexa to play exactly what you want to hear. Echo Dots in the sleeping areas double as alarm clocks and have digital time displays that can be turned on or off through voice command.

Need a breath of fresh air? The CHILL ROOM opens to a coated concrete patio where guests can listen to the birds, take in the sunset, or soak in the heat of the hot tub & sauna.

REJUVENATION
The walkout patio is coated in beautiful slip-resistant carbon flake while bistro lights cast an amber glow over the hot tub and sauna. The hot tub is a 2024 Jacuzzi J-365 that seats up to 6 people. The sauna is a 2024 SalusHEAT dry infrared sauna made for 1-2 people. The Jacuzzi is loaded with jets, a little waterfall, and subtle multi-colored lights. A large set of stairs with handle and assisted lift cover make safe hot tub use a breeze. The hot tub experience in this wooded backdrop is incredible at any time of day. Birds chirping in the morning, gorgeous sunsets, but it is positively lovely under the soft glow of the bistro lights at night. The only thing more comforting than being massaged by the powerful hot tub jets is wrapping up in an oversized baby soft towel and snuggling in to the hammock swing before deciding what fun you’ll have next.

OUTDOOR FUN
Just steps from the "therapatio" are large back and side yards. We have a set of regulation bags & boxes with distance rope for you to enjoy! Catching a warm afternoon breeze on the tree swing out front is a whole experience. The tree is massive and absolutely lovely.

PORCHES/BALCONIES
Outdoor gathering spaces overlook wooded acreage and a seemingly endless field with beautiful sunsets. Guests enjoy comfortable couches, chairs, and loveseats while listening to morning birdsongs over coffee or savoring a glass of wine after a wonderful day.

PROPANE GRILL
4 burners + a side burner. Propane and grill utensils provided!

FIRE PIT
There is a fire pit with tons of cozy seating behind the garage just off the breezeway. We do not provide firewood, but often guests leave firewood behind. There are several locations that carry it right down the road as well. Anything that is already in that area is yours to use! The wooded lot next door is NOT ours and is 100% off limits.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Up to 14 guests may occupy the cabin. There are 6 sleeping areas: 3 bedrooms, 1 loft, 1 main floor living room, and 1 lower level living room. The cabin sleeps 14 total people on beds: 8 on formal beds and 6 on custom pullout sofas with queen memory foam mattresses. Air mattresses and regular couches are also available for guests who prefer to spread out.

The upstairs primary bedroom is a dream! A desk and large tv sit across from a king bed with a remote controlled adjustable foundation with massage feature and a super comfortable extra deep pillow top mattress. This bedroom also has a custom queen sleeper sofa and an additional queen air mattress in the closet. A Keurig coffee maker and private bathroom afford guests the luxury of stepping out onto the private balcony for some peaceful personal reflection and tranquility before beginning a fun-filled day with loved ones. A large ceiling fan suspended from the cedar plank vaulted ceiling offers guests a comfortable breeze and is remote controlled along with its light for convenience.

The main level bedrooms are equipped with heavy duty steel bed frames that support up to 750 pounds and have the same comfortable mattresses as the primary bedroom. There is over a foot of open storage underneath each main level bed for suitcases, shoes, and bags. The closets also have built in drawers and shelving as well as box fans for those who want a cooler room or simply sleep better with the sound. The main level bedrooms are adjacent and just steps from the full main floor bathroom. One bedroom has one bed, and the other has two beds. There are no bunk or stacked beds.

The loft sleeps 2 people on a custom pullout sofa with a queen memory foam mattress and topper. The main floor living room can sleep 2 on couches and 2 on a queen sized air mattress. The lower level can sleep 2 on the custom queen pullout sofa and 2 more on a queen air mattress.

Again -- 14 guests maximum, but how you spread out is up to you!

BATHROOMS
All bathrooms (one on each floor) are equipped with luxury rainfall shower heads as well as handheld sprayers. The upper level and basement have showers, while the main floor bath has a tub/shower combo. The shower in the new basement bathroom has wall-mounted body jets as well. Each bathroom has a full size hairdryer and toiletries for your convenience.

KITCHEN
Guests love the fully stocked kitchen at Sticks & Stones! Dishes and cutlery are upscale, and there are plentiful cooking supplies including a lazy susan full of spices and cooking basics. Cocktail, wine, and champagne glasses are provided. Best yet - there is an additional full sized refrigerator in the breezeway to accommodate longer stays. The breezeway also houses a purified drinking water cooler. One 5-gallon jug is provided for each stay. If a partial jug is inside the cooler at check-in, a full back up jug will be stocked nearby.

OFFICE ACCOMMODATIONS
There are 2 large desks inside the property and fast, reliable internet. One desk is in the primary bedroom and the other is in the double bedroom on the main floor. Additionally, many travelers prefer to use the kitchen table, counter space, and coffee tables.

PARKING
The driveway accommodates 6 vehicles. Guests may request in advance 2 additional parking spots in the grass next to the driveway. NO STREET PARKING AT ALL.

Guest Safety & Property Monitoring Disclosure: For the safety of our guests and the security of our home, this property utilizes external monitoring devices. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices located inside the home. Exterior Security Cameras (Record Video and Audio): Front Door: A smart doorbell camera monitors the front door entryway. Main Porch: A camera monitors the entrance to the main level porch. Driveway: A camera is mounted to view the driveway parking area. Breezeway: A camera monitors the breezeway entrance. Basement Entrance: A camera monitors the walkout basement patio entrance. Note: This camera does not view or capture the hot tub or sauna areas. Exterior Noise Monitors (No Audio Recording): Property Perimeter: Four exterior decibel monitors are located around the outside of the house. These devices strictly measure sound volume levels (decibels) to comply with local noise ordinances. They do not record, stream, or store any private conversations or audio.
