Welcome travellers to our lovely home in the Centre of Gzira just steps away from main attractions & breathtaking views making this place perfect for both long and short term rentals.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed making it perfect for 5 guests.
Enjoy the use of the backyard with outdoor furniture; a place to relax and unwind in the Mediterranean breeze.
High - Speed Wifi & AC available.
The apartment offers high-speed WIFI throughout the whole stay as we make sure that if our guests are travelling for business are connected throughout. Air-conditioning is also available and guests are free to adjust the temperature to their liking.
Kitchen| The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare their favourite meals. This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.
Living area| The living area is connected with the dining and the kitchen. It features a TV and a comfortable sofa which can also be converted into a sofabed for an extra guest.
Outdoor | Although the outdoor space do not offer a view, it is a great spot to unwind or gather around in q quiet space while enjoying the summer breeze. The outdoor area is also equipped with furniture in case you wish to have your meals outside.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, One features a double bed and the other bedroom includes two single beds. for over and above 4 guests, we can prepare the sofabed with linens and towels.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 1 Full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
AC & WIFI Available
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Being just off the Gzira Promenade, this apartment is within walking distance from many amenities, such as restaurants, bars, convenience stores; also just up the road you will find one of Malta`s largest shopping complex with many amazing brands.
Moreover, just opposite the road you will find the fast ferry to Valletta making is very convenient and cheap to use.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Gzira making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.
For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Gzira but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
