Welcome travellers to our cozy apartment nestled in the heart of Gzira, just minutes away from the town`s vibrant area. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. Moreover, you are close to the promenade, where stunning views await to make your stay even more special!

The penthouse includes a private terrace with comfortable furniture, as well as a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting bedroom. We can also prepare sofa bed for an additional guest.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.

Living area| Step into the inviting living room, adjoined to the terrace, where natural light floods in, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Sink into our comfy sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, while enjoying entertainment on the TV.

This welcoming space offers the ideal setting to relax and recharge, whether you`re enjoying a quiet evening in or planning your next adventure.

Outdoor | Enjoy the use of the private terrace and take in the surroundings while taking your morning coffee from the comfort of our inviting seating area.

Bedrooms| 1 bedrooms, featuring a comfortable double bed, taking up 2 guests in total.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
