360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering, this beautiful, brand new penthouse in the centre of GZIRA just off the promenade. Perfect for family, friends or even to spend some months locally for work or study this apartment features everything you would ever require such as SMART TV, very strong WIFI speed, Washer and also a fully equipped kitchen.
Also private access for a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.
Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests.
Also private access to a private terrace with outdoor furniture for the sole use of our guests.
Bedrooms| 1 bedroom ensuite - double bed, very comfy !
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

Being just off the Gzira Promenade, this apartment is within walking distance from many amenities, such as restaurants, bars, convenience stores; also just up the road you will find one of Malta`s largest shopping complex with many amazing brands.
Moreover, just opposite the road you will find the fast ferry to Valletta making is very convenient and cheap to use.
The bus stop is only a few meters away from the apartment making it very cheap and easy to travel throughout the Maltese islands. We also offer 24/7 taxi service through the Airbnb application.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
