Make the most of outdoor living with backyard barbecues on the gas grill or grab the pickleball paddles, soccer ball, football, basketball, and frisbee for some family-friendly recreation. Explore the neighborhood and enjoy wintertime fun with two sets of snowshoes and two sleds provided.

The stainless steel kitchen comes well-appointed for family style meal prep with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or bust out the provided board games for some old-school entertainment. Home essentials include central heat, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All three bedrooms can be found upstairs, including the primary suite. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. A half-bath on the main floor is available for household use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
